Although it’s older than most towers in Vegas, the amenities are still good with 24-hour security and concierge, pools, hot tubs, fitness centers and tennis courts.
The tower does not allow any pets. This tower has a strict rental restriction policy and owners looking to rent out their unit may need to wait it out for about 2 years on a list.
